Losing inches not pounds - How?

How do I now start losing more inches instead of pounds, I'd like to lose them off my thighs and bum - any suggestions?

    You can't spot reduce. As you lose pounds, the inches will come off...
  • Try the 30 day shred, thats good for getting the inches down :)

    I am loosing inches not pounds. I understand your thigh problem and the best advice I can give you came from a trainer at my gym. If you want to lean your thighs down stay off the stair climber and the elliptical and hit the treadmill. The first month my thighs only came down 1/4 inch, however my trainer measured me last night (after another month) and my thighs were down an additional 1 &1/2 inches.
