Hi everyone,
I seem to be doing good tracking my food and staying in the allowed amount for calories. carbs, and fat but I always go over for protein. I dont feel that I eat too much, I dont even come close going over anywhere else except for protein. I always thought it was good to have a lot of protein in your diet anyway. What do you think?
:-) Jill

MFP default settings for protein are low. If you're within 0.4 to 0.6g per pound, you're fine.
Heavy trainers and bodybuilders often go for up to 1g per pound or more.
EDIT: the above info assumes that you don't have any kidney issues and that you're exercising regularly.0
