How often and for how long are your work outs?

Varies with the day.
Mondays I have my session at the tri club - that runs 2 hrs. Tuesdays I run (45 min to 1 hr) and normally do weights (30 min)
Wednesday is 30 min rowing or swimming (maybe a walk or bike ride in the evening). Thursday is running (45 min to 1 hr).Friday is recovery. Saturday I have 1 hr swimming, 30 min running & 30 min weights. Sunday is my long run (1 to 2 hrs)0
