Jillian Michaels Body Revolution

I am strongly considering the Jillian Michaels Body Revolution workout series. What caught my attention was it was only 30 min. I have watched my brother with px-90 and have myself completed a slim in six series.....both just too long. Can someone tell me the exact breakdown of this new series? Each month has 4 workout cds and 1 cardio. Do you interchange every other day, or add cardio to the workout and how many days a week is she recommending 5 or 6?

    Have you ever considered doing Insanity? Is about 45 minutes BUT intense!

    I actually just started Phase 2 of the program. Each month you have 4 workout and 1 cardio DVD's. There is a rotation of DVD's for specific weeks. For example:
    Week 1 - Days 1 and 4 (Workout 1)
    Week 1 - Days 2 and 5 (Workout 2)
    Week 1 - Days 3 and 6 (Cardio 1)
    Week 1 - Day 7 (Rest)

    Week 2 - Days 8 and 11 (Workout 1)
    Week 2 - Days 9 and 12 (Workout 2)
    Week 2 - Days 10 and 13 (Cardio 1)
    Week 2 - Day 14 (Rest)

    Then you would move into Workouts 3 and 4 in weeks 3 and 4, but you will continue with Cardio 1 until you have finished the first 4 weeks. The following month you will move into Workouts 5 and 6, then 7 and 8 and in month 2 you would use Cardio 2. The third month, you start with Workouts 9 and 10, then 11 and 12 and in month 3 you would use Cardio 3.
