HI EVERYONE,
IM 5'2 145LBS! IM OVER MY WEIGHT FOR MY HEIGHT AND I AM HERE TO ASK YOU TO PLEASE GIVE ME SOME ADVICE THAT HELPS/HELPED YOU LOSE THE WEIGHT AND KEEP YOU FOCUSED! I DO NOT EAT ANYTHING THAT WAS ONCE ALIVE SO THAT IS WHERE THE HARD PART COMES UP. I LOVE VEGGIES AND FRUIT AND WATER ! I JUST KEEP GAINING AND GAINING! PLEASE HELP A GIRL OUT ON ANY ADVICE!

    If you could log your food intake for at least a day or two, it would be easier to figure out what you're doing right or wrong.

    AN open diary helps really keep you accountable. I also always have gum on hand to help fight random cravings. Also, if it's around TOM, you might be gaining water weight. Drink a lot of water and eat less sodium.
