Hello All. My friend is doing weight watchers and forwarded me a a newsletter from Hungrygirl.com
You can sign up for a daily newsletter. Which includes recipes and if your following weight watchers gives you how many points things are, plus breaks down calories. I've already tried many of the recipes. The newsletter gives you the "bad" version or a recipe and then gives you the healthy version. Check it out hope you like it as much as I do!!

Thanks for that tip...I didn't know there was a newsletter with recipes! Wish I knew this before I purchased the 200 recipes under 200 calories cookbook, because so far only about half of the ones I tried are actually good....0

I have the most recent cook book, and I get the newsletter...sometimes 3 in one day. I am considering cancelling my subscription however, because it is just too much!0
