30 Day Shred..AND?

So i'm on my 11th day of the 30ds and just started level two today...ouch!

Anyway i'm wondering what else you guys are teaming your 30ds with?

I'm finding that I wanna do more, thinking of adding extra cardio in, maybe do zumba or turbojam 3-5 days a week.
I'm doing the 30ds every morning and thought if I added some extra cardio more kg's would fall off!

So just some small info - I'm 5'11 and want to get down to the bottom of my healthy weight range, just under two months ago I was down to 79kg's but then I went on holiday and enjoyed myself a bit too much and got up to 90kg's! So currently i'm about 86kg's and wanting to get down to the bottom of my healthy weight range. My goal weight is 70kg (sorry for my aussie measurements:P).

Anybody who has any shred stories or is just starting out or if you've got any advice..

THROW IT ALL AT ME!:)

Also just wanted to add that after doing the shred for 1 week and changing my diet, I lost 3.3kg's! :D
