I hear a lot of great things about it, but then I read:

"Those apposed to eating grains are often most concerned about the phytic acid in the grains which is a known mineral blocker. This acid is released when the grain sprouts, nullifying it's negative impact."

What do ya'll think?

I'd be interested in knowing what others think as well! I never heard that about the bread. I use it because I thought it was good for us?!?

I get Trader Joe's organic sprouted grain bread which is the same thing. It has no flour and I think it tastes great it is hearty and dense and a great source of fiber. It must be lower glycemic than even wholewheat because I am reactive hypoglycemic and I have no problems when I stick to this bread instead of whole wheat.

I bought some a few weeks ago. It was good, however, it gave me bad acid indigestion so I went back to my whole grain bread. You should give it a try at least once just to see if it something that you might like. Me, not so much.

I bought a loaf of sesame for sandwiches & a loaf of cinnamon raisin because people here think it's so good. I'm not impressed. It's very dry & dense. The cinnamon could use a LOT more cinnamon. The sell by label was almost a week away & even the shelf stocker gave it a great review too. But I'm disappointed. It needs a lot of margarine or cream cheese or mayo or something. I didn't expect that.
