How to modivate myself to exercise!

I am eating around 200 more than 1400 cal (my daily goal) and I am trying to find and exercise that doesn't take more than 20 mins but burns alot of cals?? Any helpp?

    Jillian Michaels... 30 Day Shred.... log it into MFP as Circut Training. You can find lots of info about it on this site. I like the work out it really kicks your butt and it is only about 20 minutes long. It is working for me.

    yes! this ! it kicks ya booty! LOVE IT. but the video can get a lil redundant so I put mute on and put my music on instead.
