Food dehydrator recommendations?

I looked in this topic and only found recipes, which are great. Was wondering what recommendations people have for brands of food dehydrators? I love jerky but it's so pricey and would love to start making my own. Just from what I've seen online is I'm looking at the Nesco Professional Food and Jerky Dehydrator but am definitely open to suggestions! Thanks for your help!

I'm not to familiar to them, but have you tried looking for the reviews for those products online? Also maybe check out the stores or companies return policy if it doesn't live up to what you want it to?

Excalibur is the way to go if you're going to do a lot of dehydrating. If not, I recommend something much cheaper such as the lower-end ones by Nesco. Excaliburs are great, don't get me wrong, but if you aren't doing a lot of dehydrating then it's kind of moot to purchase such a high-end dehydrator.
