New to MFP amd I'm excited! Need support!

Just started Tuesday... Lost 2 lbs. so far! Anything encouraging would be greatly appreciated!!!

    Love yourself, tell yourself you are worth it. Stay disciplined logging in and logging food and exercise. Don't get discouraged. Slow weight loss is lasting weight loss. Add me as a friend if u wish and welcome to you!

    Take it one day at a time, and don't beat yourself up over failed attempts or bad food days. Think about what you want to achieve, and let it guide you. Best of luck! Feel free to add me as a friend as well. :)

    make sure you dont under eat!! thats what i did and didn't lose anything..now i'm eating way more 2200 calories but burning 400-500 a day which equals(NET) about 1700/1800 and i'm still losing/toning up! ..just trying to inform you because i wish someone would've told me when i started!!

    Don't beat yourself up when you have a bad day or make bad choices (it WILL happen). Learn to let go and know that tomorrow is a fresh start. Friend request is on its way.

    yes, deff have to believe that you are in it for the long haul -so look for the big picture! don't focus on small mistakes like 1 bad food choice or too many calories one day. When I have a 'bad food day', I try to get a look at my weekly totals so far and then adjust from there to compensate. The best part is, you have tons of support now and friends :)

    Welcome aboard. I have been using this site since Jan 1st and have lost 34lbs so far. There is great support here when needed. Sometimes its even a good place to blow off some steam.
