My elderly neighbour baked me a cake...she made me eat a huge piece....then at the restaurant where I celebrated my birthday the waiter suprised me with cake (the best and totally worth the calories) and then my kids surprised me with a (low fat) cake and I had a tiny piece so I don't hurt their feelings...and I don't feel guilty but I do feel frustrated....3 cakes....argh. Well, tomorrow is NOT my birthday and I have lots of cake left over...gave some away and plan on freezing the rest...for another time. Tomrrow double the exercise!

I had a piece of red velvet cake every single day for the last week (had a huge cake and I cut it into the serving sizes when we first got it). My weight stayed EXACTLY the same. As long as you aren't eating a ton of it everyday, you'll be fine.0
