Hi all, So just looking for some advice. I hope this makes sense. I have been using MFP for about a week or so now, every day I have been coming in under my calorie goal (usually between 200-500 calories less) mainly because I'm either running or going to Zumba. Am I suppose to be eating back the calories from my exercise?
Any information would be helpful! Thanks.

I don't think you have to, if you want to lose weight. But if you just want to keep your weight, I guess you could.0
