At home workouts?

Can anybody help me with some ideas of good at home - minimal equipment workouts? Mainly to lose weight and inches? I have a treadmill, a kettlebell, Zumba DVD set, and that's about it. I am willing to buy other DVDs or other less expensive equipment but do not have a ton of money to spend. Like, less than 75$ to invest.
Could anybody direct me to a good website or offer your own suggestions of how to get good workout at home?
I would love to join a gym but the closest one is an hour away, and I'm not dedicated enough to drive an hour to workout, I will lose interest real quick doing that, especially working full time and I have a toddler.
Have I mentioned I do not know very much about exercising or having a good routine so as much as anybody can tell me I would really appreciate it!
