Just started using this system and it's great! One thing I struggle with is hunger at nighttime. Any tips on controlling those nighttime cravings?

I deal with this by sleeping.0

Save some calories specifically for a night time snack? That's what I do because I always have to have something between dinner and bedtime. :-)0

I distract myself by reading a good book, or having a sugar free popsicle.0

Budget some calories for a night time snack and make it something with some protein, that usually helps me. Then once you have had your snack go brush your teeth. Usually once I have done that it is easier for me to convince myself I am done eating for the night.0

I eat. : )
Usually some Smart pop popcorn. 15 calories for a cup of popcorn. If I eat 4 cups thats only 60 calories and Im pretty stuffed afterwards.0 -
I actually find nighttime hunger to be really easy to deal with.. I kind of just ignore it and it goes away. Water always helps0

Hot Tea (decaf) that's sweetened.0

Jelly as well is a good thing to eat no calories but still feel like you are eating something0

Great advice everyone...thanks!0

Plan for it. Leave yourself 100-200 calories at night so you can have a snack.0

Save some calories so you can eat in the evening.0

Last night I had one of those days.
I either snack on jello or popscicle (45 calories)
I find the popscicles to be very satisfying.
Or simply drink some crystal light0 -
I like to eat a crunchy veggie or apple...celery with peanut butter....or save a few calories and feel like I am really being bad by having a skinny cow ice cream bar( I stick the 100 cals or less ones)....0

MY VOTE IS FOR SUGAR FREE JELLO0 -
If you know you are going to be hungry at night, then don't eat all your calories before then. Save some so you can have a snack. Or have a late dinnner so you won't get hungry later.0

Sometimes just a small glass of milk helps me.0
