Okay so I just found out that I have osteoarthritis in both my ankles, knees, feet and elbows.. does anyone else have this?
And what sort of exercise can you do?

I have it too in my hip, low back and shoulder. I don't have pain from it so I still do all the exercises.I run(only once or twice a week),walk, bike and lots of different strength workouts. But I think for me most important is yoga.I try to do it everyday, even if it's just 10 min.I think that's why I don't have pain from it.
    If it hurts,don't do it.

I have this, especially in my left knee. I currently have a knee injury--in that knee ironically--so I don't do much. But walking has always been fine. Try the Leslie Sansone walking tapes. You may not want to be a runner. ;} Also, recumbent and eliptical bikes are much easier on the knees for gym cardio workouts. If you join a gym for weight lifting and get a free personal training session, make sure the trainer knows. They can help you tailor your strength training to limit the stress on your knees. Knee braces are also good for helping to stabilize your knee. And if some particular exercise or strength training hurts your knee, don't do it. Listen to your body. Oh! One of the best cardio exercises for people with arthritis is water workouts--very easy on the joints. (This is what my doctor has told me, so your mileage may vary, but I'm not pulling this out of my butt either.)

I have "atypical Rheumatoid" but they tested me for Osteoarthritis. It's pretty awful. It's more about limiting yourself when you have pain and deciding what is best for you and when.
