Left over calories from the day before

Just wondering:
Yesterday when I started this it was late at night. So once I figured this all out I had 200+ calories left to eat, but they say don't eat after 8pm. So I didn't and let the calories go. Today I have about 40 left over. So in total it is over 200 calories. So if on Tuesday I went over by 200 would I still be okay or is it totally on a day to day bases or can you carry over your calories. K is this making any sense at all? I know what I am tryin to say.
Anyone with suggestions help me out please.

Hahahaha-No roll over cals.....hahahaha although they do add up at the end of the week. And you can eat after 8......that is a fib they were telling us...they mainly say don't eat after 8 cause of digestion issues, heartburn and tummy aches.
Just have a healthy snack in the am, or if you know your gonna workout......then eat early.

Bummer to the roll over calories. My mom does it all the time with weight watchers and I have seen posts on here compare this to weight watchers. Oh well. Guess I will wave at those calories gone and hope they will help me lose weight. I am much closer today than yesterday. As yesterday I just put everything in at the end of the day including my excersice. So now I eat I enter, I bike, I enter and can keep it closer that way.
