I have some dry corn kernels that I want to make popcorn with on my stovetop, but I cant seem to find just plain old corn kernals in the tracker so I can weight them and work out the calories. They arent in a bag or anything with nutritional info that I can use...is it really obviously listed and Im just missing it? Thanks!!

When I can't find something I google search the nutritional value than I input a new entry.0

Use "Snacks - popcorn, oil-popped" if you are using oil. If you get an air popper (they have devices you can get for the microwave now too!) you could use "Snacks - popcorn, air-popped". Scroll down, you can enter it by the gram.0
