10K Training + 30DS???

Hi Everyone,

I'm thinking of trying the 30 day shred as everyone on here has such great results. The thing is, I've just started a training plan for a 10k which has me running 3 times a week. As I'm at the beginning of the plan it's not super hard work or anything. Do you think it'd be ok to run them both together? Run my 3 runs a week plus do the shred every day (ish). It's not a huge amount of exercise I'm just worried about not giving my body 'rest' days as my running plan says that I should. I'm relatively fit so I figure that it's best to start the 30ds while my running plan is still relatively relaxed?

Also, any 30DS tips extremely welcome! I'm nervous...I hope I stick to it. Does it have to be everyday or is it ok to take a day off here and there as long as you complete 30 in total?
