I just realised that I need to buy a scale, any tips on a good and accurate model?

Oh, and I'm new to MFP - hi everyone!

    i got a digital scale from ahlens thats pretty accurate. :D

    I've got saltzer ones. You get a guarantee with them, plus it measures your muscle, water and fat and your bmr :)
