kcal or calories?

i just drank strawberry milk for breakfast.and at the carton,it shows 182kcal.

i'm so confused.
is it 1820 caloriess?:ohwell: :cry:
what should i stored at my food diary?

    No, it is 182 calories. What we know as a calorie is actually a kcal.
