VACATION

since i am stressing so much about this extra fat i have from bulking i am not sure what i should do on vacation. I leave in four days and will be staying at an all inclusive resort. I know i should watch what i eat and drink, but its vacation. Do I indulge? drink less? skip dessert? should i still workout? I want to try and not gain weight but i also do not want to stress about it so much i dont have any fun and i drive my boyfriend crazy.

    I have been on 2 all inclusive holidays since christmas and i usually gain 5-7 lbs on a all inclusive vacation, both these i only gained 1-3 lbs. it came off within a week from being home. I tried to make better choices, i limited the slushy drinks and drank lots of ice water. I hit the gym every other day and all was god. I still splurged as it is vacation but i tried to limit the fried foods like burgers from the grill etc... I still had a very good holiday , ate what i wanted for the most part.. don't fret too much, go enjoy as it is a holiday after all, you worked very hard to get this holiday!!!
