Hello...I started out good on my diet & exercise plan but then my son got the flu & then I got it...I just can't seem to get back on track. Any ideas??????

Do you REALLY want to look back on today 4 months later and realize that you could have lost at the very least 16 pounds, but you didn't because you just didn't feel like it?
Start exercising, and you'll remember how awesome it is. Don't need to jump back into it completely - if you're still feeling flu-y, ease into it. Do 25 %, 50%, 75% of your normal work out until you're at ease with 110%! :laugh:0 -
