raw vs. cooked... What do I do???

On of the things I do is chop up a bunch of different veggies a couple times a week. I throw them in a big bowl and leave them in the fridge. I tend to sautee them up and throw in some rice or pasta or whatever I feel like that day. My question is, when I go to log all my veggies, I've seen that there are options of "raw" and "cooked." Does it matter how I list them? Does cooking add/take away something that it's worth changing? I have been listing them as raw cuz it's a lot easier to measure how much of each thing is in my mix before I cook them.

If you use heat, I'd choose the cooked option. Any preparation that changes a product from it's natural state is decreasing it's nutritional value. I'd venture to say it doesn't do much harm saying it's raw, but this is about being true to yourself to improve. It's really up to you.0
