Ok, So, I've stopped weighing myself every day! I've stopped taking pills to lose weight! I've stopped HCG (that's for damn sure!). I've stopped doing things that are bad for my body. I've stopped being lazy.

I've started a 90 day health challenge. I've started weighing myself once a week. I've started a weight loss program that is SO good, more than 3,000 Americans start it every day. I've started eating right. I've started eating 3 meals and 2 snacks a day. I've started working out, cardio, 60 minutes 3x per week. I've started playing tennis!!! (so much fun)

Over all, I feel this on again off again weight loss struggle for the past 10 years is going.....going....gone! And I feel with the 90 day challenge, new friends on the same journey, and getting active, oh and not weighing myself every day.....I am on the right track!


I've lost 50 lbs to date! I am so happy. So thankful. 55 more to go! I just wanted to share.....

    This sounds perfect! I refuse to weigh myself more than once a week. And if my clothes are fitting a little better one week, I skip the weigh on altogether. We don't walk around telling people what we weigh, so why obsess about it? Good for you!
