Sauna

I was just wondering do anyone here use the Sauna i am read JJ smith book and she said you can burn up to 300 calories by just setting in the sauna,I went last week one day and I am going back tomorrow,will be my second time.I don't like the wet one(steam)I am using the dry one.

    I have yet to see any scientific evidence for the ridiculous claims made by sauna manufacturers.

    Think about it, they're suggesting that half an hour relaxing in a nice sauna is equal to half hour of hard bike riding?

    Go to the sauna to relax after a workout but it's not a substitute for exercise.

    facepalm...

    Yes you will sweat out water, no you will not burn meaningful calories. Any "weight loss" will last exactly until you drink water.
