Obviously there have been good tips on here! The first day I tried it, I didn't finish and hurt for a few days after, I had to modify it a LOT but I figured, as long as I kept moving, it was better than sitting on my butt!
But when we do the video (my hubby will do it with me) we lock the kids outside in the backyard to play! But everytime we look out the back window, they are peering in laughing.. hahah.

Push through!
I felt the same way, barely finishing a workout, stopping way too often. Just keep with it at your own pace and eventually you will catch up to the beginner routines. You really can do jumping jacks, they'll just suck for the first week or so. They get easier, and once they get easier you really get a motivation boost.0
