HELP!!! I'm turning 40 in two months and I need to jump start my weight loss and lifestyle change. I can't be frumpy forty.:sad:
I need encouragement, motivation and help with meal choices/ideas. So please feel free to add me as a friend to inspire me!!!!!

    Ugh, 40 isn't too far around the corner for me either. Frumpy just is not an option!!!!!
