Excess Skin

Hey guys, theres been something I've been stressing about recently. I wanted to know from people who have reached their goals or at least close to it, if they had a lot of excess skin. I know age/skin quality/weight/time and all that goes into account but in general I was wondering if people had a lot of it or any at all if they were losing maybe a little under 10 lbs a month.
I'd like to hear general stories as well but particularly maybe around 50-70 lbs and losing it in like 6-7 months. I know that's really specific and obviously doesn't have to hold to that but if thats you're story please tell me about your skin! hahaha.
if anyone could give me any information i'd really appreciate it.

I don't know how much this will help. I have had two kids. I gained a lot with my first, and yo-yo'd with weight between her and my second one (3 years 8 months apart). After my second one, lost a lot of weight, then gained it all back + more. So, my skin has been stretched quite a bit. I have lost 47 pounds over the past 10 months (give or take, lol) and my skin is definitely not loose where it shouldn't be. It is a little in my lower tummy, but nothing like I thought it would be. I have lost pretty steadily, with a plateau here and there and one week where I lost 4 pounds (NO clue what I did to lose it like that, but it's not normal for me). Slow and steady is the way to go.0

during one phase of my diet in '05, i lost a great deal of weight between February and July. if i remember correctly, it was more than 70 pounds. i was 30 at the time, and the skin shrank fairly efficiently. for the rest of the weight, i did it the right way : slowly, and with exercise.
the skin is reasonably tight, and i look good in a bathing suit. however, i don't think my six pack will ever show no matter how many situps i do unless i gain a great deal of muscle weight. i'm not interested in doing that at this point.
it varies from person to person. for best results in all areas, i would lose the weight at a reasonable pace.0 -
I had a lot of extra skin on my face and neck but it seems to have adjusted.0

I've lost 26 lbs and its taken months. I had a plateau that lasted for over a month. And being 50 i'm worried that when I reach my weight I will have hanging skin. I guess I will find out when I get there. Good luck0

I've lost about 80 pounds (well, I lost a 100 and gained back some, and then lost some....) and I have a problem with loose skin on my upper arms. It looks like I have enough skin to make two extra arms. It's a shame, but when I get to my goal weight, I will be getting a brachioplasty to take it all off.0
