I have always been fit... until my 30's. My waist expanded with my age. 30 at 30, 32 at 32, 34 at 34. At 36 with my 36 inch waist I said it had to stop and made half -*ssed attempts at weight loss. "THE STRAW" - being embarassed about having my shirt off in front of my boys on a trip where we shared the same hotel room. I was 193lbs at my heaviest. This morning I weighed in at 170 (High School Weight) It took A LOT of commitment. Jog 6 miles in the morning, P90X and P90X2 in the evening and THIS AWESOME WEBSITE to count my calories. Finally at 39 I am fit again! Not done though...
