Delayed onset nausea??

Hello, looking for some advice,
does anyone else around here suffer (or had previous suffered) from nausea after doing a hard work out?
I'm talking a few hours later... and it doesn't go away until you sleep. I need to sleep it off, and sometimes even then I still feel a bit funny the next day.
It does get better with time for me but very slowly. Last year I had a personal trainer who would push me to wanting to vomit during my sessions. It gradually got better but I can't believe it's happening all over again after a slight hiatus from training!
I've just started C25K and it's been a very long week

I think your body is trying to tell you something. I know everyone says to push yourself, blah blah blah, but when you have significant physical symptoms I would take it down a few notches. Maybe try walking for long periods/distances, then move to power walking, jogging, running. Push yourself but in a healthy constructive way. Not only is it healthier but you will have the motivation to keep excersing. Who would want to feel this bad after a work out?
I would also see a physician. Make sure no other underlying medical issues are present.0
