What the heck! I haven't cheated AT ALL, and I have been going to the gym every night. But I've gained a pound :(. What am I doing wrong? Pls help?!

Info:
-Starting last Wednesday I've been doing 20-30 minutes of cardio and 30 minutes of strength training every night ( Except Sundays, which is my rest day)
-5'7-5'8
-SW: 138 lbs CW: 127 lbs GW:120 lbs
-Eating 1200 calories and drinking at least 8 cups of water daily

Any advice is greatly appreciated!

I'm going to assume you're not eating enough. 1200 calories is low for a woman 5'7" at 138. What is your BMR? You should be eating AT LEAST that. You're body is most likely holding on to every calorie.

You haven't said how often you weigh yourself? You should only be weighing yourself once a week, at the same time, before meals and after a pee ;)

If you weigh yourself after exercise you will weigh more-due to swelling/some scientific stuff that your muscles hold onto for a while.

If you weigh yourself during your period you will be devastated, you could weigh up to six pounds heavier than between periods.

Relax, if you are doing all the right things, the weight loss will come.
