Diets, fads, pills, fasts, and all others!
Options
I personally have found hard work, healthy choices and discipline are the best things for me. Though everyone is different. Sometimes I wonder if a lot of these fad diets or pills have messed up peoples metabolism or effected the way they lose weight. What is your thoughts?

I believe bhard works overcomes all, however when u take roids it still requires hard work. For fat loss, I have found Hypercor to be a great product without any side effects. I mean other than growing a 3rd nipple.0

I think the whole reason they have diet fads, pills etc is because people are looking for a quick-fix. They figure if they can take a pill and instantly lose weight why not do it that way instead of the way it should be done? It is hard work to lose weight and be healthy and a lot of people give up because they don't see instant results. If they can get that with a pill then why not do it the easy way?
What they fail to understand is they didn't just one day wake up over weight. It took a long time to put the pounds on and therefore it'll take a long time to take it off as well.0
