Back pain

Hello thanks for reading, I have been working out and losing weight for 7 months now and have lost 75 pounds current weight 373 pounds, but my back pain seems to be getting worse not better as I think it should be as I build up the muscle in it.

I have more upper to middle back pain then lower. Like today my back hurts so bad all I can do is lay down with out it hurting I have had ice/cold on it all day. No help. epically on my right side middle of my back. All I did yesterday was walk for 40 min. And on the day before was a rest day.
