Less hungry on exercise days?

I generally exercise 5 to 6 days a week, including some heavy duty yard work and gardening. The days that I have an 800 calorie burn and have 2300 calories to eat (I'm trying to net 1500), I find myself actually much less hungry than on my rest or light exercise days when I am struggling to stay at 1500 calories because I'm starving! Exercise and working outside in the heat really suppresses my appetite.

Does it all even out over the week, and is it okay to eat more on non workout days and less on workout days? I exercise hard so I can eat more, but it just doesn't seem to match up with my appetite.

I always look at weight loss kn a weekly basis. Your body doesnt know its a new day so why restrict yourself to that thinking.

Ps- you can include your exercise in your tdee and aim for the same amount of calories each day and not worry about eating back exercise calories. Or set your account at maintenance and creat a deficit from exercise.
