Tummy Fluff (NSV Moment)

I just had the cutest thing happen this morning. My cat loves to come up and "fluff" my tummy - you know, kneading with his paws and purr to beat the band... Well, this morning he jumped up and began fluffing my tummy as usual. And then he stopped, and looked down, and I swear - he looked up at me with HUGE question marks in his eyes like "Hey - what happened to all the fluff?" It was almost comical, it was so plainly confusing to him that there wasn't quite as much padding under there anymore.

Slowly, surely - the inches mean more to me than the pounds. And this was one very nice NSV to wake up to!

That is so funny! My cat does that too and I hate it because it makes me so conscious of my extra weight. I can't wait until she can't do that to me anymore.

Oh believe me, I have plenty left to go. But inches are coming off, and Bailey is the first to have "said" he noticed other than the hubs. I'm excited, and it helps keep that motivational fire burning...

HAHA! My cat, Memphis, does the same thing! Right in the gut - usually after a meal. Now it's actually starting to hurt a little - guess there isn't as much padding anymore! Congrats on your NSV!
