Hi Everyone i am new to posting on here. I have been trying to keep track of my food and exercise on this site but sometimes i am just too lazy.
I am 35 and have tried all the yo yo diets. What motivated me to start this program is I have an abdominal hernia and have to have major surgery. At my weight, even though i am healthy there is a much higher risk.
I started dieting and exercising 10 weeks ago. I am down 35 pounds. Total goal is to lose 100 pounds in a year. However if i try to get to my "ideal" body weight i actually need to lose 135. I will cross that bridge when i come to it. I have broke my goals into 25lb increments. My next goal is to hit 50 pounds lost. Please feel free to add me

do you own a smart phone? It makes it so much easier to just scan everything you eat! Good luck with the rest of your journey!0

Hi! I am 36 and I didn't try many fads except South Beach, but I will admit to trying a couple diet pills in my time.
Good luck on surgery. I just had major back surgery, and it was a wake up call for me. I had lost a little before the surgery, but I had to walk a lot and it made me get serious about my weight loss.
I am sending you a friend request! :flowerforyou:0 -
You can really scan the food with a smart phone? I guess i need to learn how to work my phone better0

Hi! I am 40 and relatively new (signed up before and then never came back). I decided I have to lose this weight as I seem to have found more of it than I expected (lol). Feel free to add me and we can support each other in our journey forward!0
