This may be a stupid question but what does NSV mean? i keep seeing it everywhere on this site and have never heard it before...

    NSV is non-scale victory...like saying no to dessert while eating out. Or fitting into a smaller size. Running a certain time or distance, etc!

    exactly! Anything that you do/notice/achieve that you are proud of because you are losing weight. I have a ton of little ones, ha
