What JM video should I do after 30DS(bad knees)?

I am just finishing up Level 3- my knee is killing me in this level so I have been doing it every other day now. I would love to do another one of her videos since I really like the results. Which ones would be best to follow up 30ds that is not hard on your knees?

I thought doing the full 30 days in a row would be best, but I am now going to switch doing her videos with a yoga video I have to get a better stretch on my knees.

Thanks!

I like Jillian's 6 Week 6 Pack. You will recognize some of the moves from 30DS but there is less of the knee impact. You could see if they have it on Youtube if you want to look before you buy, or maybe the library has it. Any moves that bother your knees substitute something else, like shadow boxing.
  • I love Jillian's Tone Your Trouble Zones. It gives a great workout without the impact on your knees. I have issues with my knees as well and found 30DS very hard on them too. Tone Your Trouble Zones takes longer to do (about 50 minutes) but it is an awesome workout! I am going to get her yoga workout dvd to add to my collection this weekend and I hope it is a good one!

Thanks! I was looking at 6 week 6 pack but was questioning how rough it would be on my knees. I prefer a 30 minute or so workout to add to my morning routine, but I may consider the tone your trouble areas for a weekend video.

There isn't a lot of jumping in Level 1 of 6W6P. No jumping jacks or jogging in place, no jump rope or those stupid rock star jumps. There are mountain climbers and plank jacks where you are doing them on the floor in the plank position. But you can do a modified version of those if it bothers the knees. She does do the burpees which I hate. I do 1 to like their 6 or however many they do in the allotted time. I usually do one, stand there huffing and taking a drink while they finish. LOL!
