Any one have a Garmin forerunner?

I just won one through work. It's great. Way more features than the nike + and no sensor to replace ... ever.

But it doesn't currently have the Canadian maps in it that I need and I'm wondering if anyone else has successfully added maps. I'll try calling support sometime this week but in the meantime I thought I'd ask my MFP family first. I'm also curious to hear any reviews ...
