I have been reading that a "small percentage" of people have a hard time digesting this stuff. This is the sugar substitute you find in sugar-free candies and makes sugar-free chocolate basically indistinguishable from the sugary stuff.
However it's making me all crampy. Does anybody else have this issue? I have read it takes a few days to get used to the stuff. What has been your experience?

I personally avoid fake sugar. I don't really crave the real stuff much either, tho.0
