Can you really eat more and still lose weight? Healthy Tips

My Sony Bravia includes some healthy 1 minute tips from Dr. Oz and I thought I'd share this one to help you on your journey to health. Eat more of the RIGHT FOODS and lose weight! incorporate the following in your diet for a couple of weeks and monitor your results:
Morning - add hot red peppers to your breakfast ike cayenne. The ingredient in hot peppers (Capsicum) slows the messages of "I'm hungry" in your intestines and helps burn extra calories.
Mid morning - snack on nuts (low sodium or no sodium) - an ingredient in them makes a chemical that sends a message to the brain that helps slow the way your stomach empties...to make you feel full
(20 minutes before) Dinner - eat a 100% WHOLE GRAIN (not whole wheat, there's a difference) slice of bread with a little olive oil. Healthy fiber and healthy fat benefits and will help curb/prevent you from overeating at the last meal of the day.
Try this for a couple of weeks and post your results if it's made a difference in your well being, health, weight, etc.
