Hello. I am wondering if anyone has tried Silk Fruit&Protein. I was thinking of trying it for a smoothie? I've done smoothie diets in the past with silk and I love smoothies. Does anyone have any good smoothie recipes? I have found tons on the internet over the past years however I know some people come up with their own recipes. What about protein powder? I have tried that in the past also, with Herbalife, I had no luck with Herbalife. I have heard good and bad. It makes you gain weight and others it helps you lose. Also what are some good snacks lowfat, low carb, low calorie, high fiber. I eat lots of fruit and whole grains and try to include lowfat, low calorie, high fiber and low carbs, but what are some other things you all have for snacks. I'm just looking for variety.
