new goal, is it possible?

Hey! I have come a long way and lost a lot of weight so far. I have about 14lbs left until I am not considered overweight any more so that's a really big deal for me. My birthday is May 25 and I am really hoping to achieve this goal by that time. I work out a lot and I am always making sure to eat enough calories in the form of fully balanced healthy meals. I have a HRM and I typically lose around 2 lbs a week, sometimes less and sometimes more, but I know the last 10 lbs are really hard for a lot of people. Is this goal possible? Please let me know if you have tips or suggestions! Thank you :)
