    Baked sweet potato (not low carb but way better than the potato chips) or kale chips with lots of salt and seasoning of choice (garlic, paprika, cinnamon - not all at once!).

    P.s. OP good work stopping at 1.5 serving of potato chips - I'm not good at that

    There's a spicy roasted chickpeas recipe and blistered edamame recipe I use from this app called sidechef. They have a flavored popcorn recipe in there too.

    Agreed!! Roasted chickpeas are the bees knees!! Crunchy, salty ( if you make them that way ) and seriously addictive!
