Lady Lifters around 5"10 & 160LBS I need your HELP!

So my friend just sent me a text ... "Yeah I lifted but I dont want to lift more then 10 lb weights because I dont want big muscles" I've told her a million times it doesnt work like that. That we dont produce enough testostrone to bulk up etc... but she doesnt believe me and also thinks im nuts!
So I am wondering if any of my beautiful strong sisters are around 5'10 & 160 Lbs that lift and are tone and awesome looking and could post your picture on this thread so I can show her amazing examples of AWESOMNESSS!!! Puhh puhh pleass!

The only picture I have of muscles is on my blog. I weigh 162 in the second pictures and the progress was made with little to no cardio, all heavy lifting.0 -
I don't have any photos, but I'm 5'9 weigh around 150 and have been lifting heavy for over a year now.
I weigh the exact same as I did 4 yrs a go, yet i'm 4 sizes smaller.. so either clothing sizes have changed a lot, or I'm way smaller than I was then.0 -

My good friend CoryIda has been doing strength training lately, is very near to 5'10" and 160 (if not exactly that, I don't remember) and has posted tons of pictures and blogs about her progress.
Your pal can really benefit from lifting. Tell her to drop those 10s and get to it! Squat rack, deadlifts, bench press GO!!!0 -

I was really really lucky with the lack of stretchmarks. I got them from puberty so I was totally expecting them from pregnancy and they never happen (except for like 3 random ones on my *kitten*).0
