8 cups of water per day!! That is a lot of water but of course doable ...
Though I was wondering what do you count as water and what don't you ... ?
I use the Weight Watchers rule of thumb but wondered what others do.
HERE IT IS:
8 oz can be coffee, tea, soda, etc ... BUT ONLY 8 oz SO if you drink a 32oz Big Gulp of Diet Soda you can only count it as 8 oz of water. Same with tea, coffee, juice, etc ...
the final 56 oz have to be water BUT flavoring your water was ok (for example: crystal light or MIO)
What do you all think??

Eh i don't know about tea, but i do know that coffee is a diurhetic (sp) so I believe it is going to make you lose water, so I don't thik that should count towards your water for the day...And soda is just crap...I dont care if it is diet or not, so it shouldn't count towards a water intake either. But that is just my opinion. But I drink water like it's... well...water lol0
