All week long I haven't lost any weight on the scale and I was bummed. I thought my clothes were starting to feel a little less tight, but the scale didn't reflect it.

Today was measurement day!

In 3 weeks, I've lost 4.75", lost .6% body fat, and gained 1lb of lean body mass! 3.75" of that was all within the last week when I started incorporating 30DS into my routine. I'm on Level 1-Day 8.

I also increased my mile time by 15 seconds per mile compared to this time last month!

Woohoo! Just thought I'd share :)

Best of luck to you all!

that's great. i too had a NSV, i was cleaning out my closet getting ready for summer and i had a few airs of jeans. i figured i'd try them on if they didn't fit yet i was going to toss them! i have been struggling to loose weight since oct and only lost 8 lbs... well guess what, they fit perfectly...jeans i hadn't worn in a good 3 years, if not longer. wow.... i couldn't believe it
  • Fitting into old jeans is the best feeling ever!

Do you mean decreased your mile time? Because increasing is a bad thing?

    NSV is Non-Scale Victory.
  • Yes, that is exactly what I meant. I guess I was so pumped that I couldn't think straight.
