should i be eating more if i jog??

If i jog on the treadmill and burn 670 calories, should i still be eating my diet of 1200 cal. or should i be eating more???

  • Eat those calories. MFP is designed for you to eat the calories that are added to "Your Daily Goal." Whatever it says in green under "Remaining" is yours to eat. You should lose weight doing this, provided you are being honest with your eating and exercising.
