WTF! 6 Days & not 1 single pound!!!!!!!

Ok, so I had this goal to lose 3-5 lbs by this Friday 6/5 to help fit better in to a cool dress I got for an awards banquet. I started to crank up the excercise and really closely watch my calories. ( I started this on Thursday of last 5/28. Maybe it was a really unrealistic goal but gosh darn it I really thought I could do it! I have excercised my *kitten* off every day since then (well except Sunday) and I have yet to lost 1 freeking pound. Again I say WTF!!!!!!! I even started to use Albolene cream around my stomach, thighs, and arms so I can sweat more and still no results. What in the freaking world am I doing wrong?!?!?!?!?! I don't even eat past 6-6:30pm.

ADVISE PLEASE!!!! Anything, I will take any advice or recommendations.

I'll like to add that when I excersice I am using long pants, T-Shirt, and excercise belts on my stomach & arms.

    Maybe, you've lost inches. I havn't lost anything either and have been working extremly hard. 2 miles of walking fast every night. Wii Fit Active during the day and eating right... so dont feel bad, but I think i dropped inches. I wen't from a 16 to a 13 !!!! Dont give up hang in there and your gonna shine. Your hard work will pay off I promise!!!

    uh muscle density vs fat density... did you take ur measurements? This is not a program to melt the pounds off in days but over time... remember its a lifestyle change... it WILL take time. But u CAN do it!!!
  • I know this is a lifestyle change. This was just a mini goal for this Friday. Long Term wise really I'm hoping to lose 5 to 8 lbs a month until I reach my ultimate goal weight.

    I did measure myself last week because I was looking for dresses on line so I think tonight when I get home I am going to look for those measurements, measure myself again and see if there a change at all. I hope so damn it! LOL! :tongue:

    Ya, what they said. I'm not losing much tonnage right now, but I just cut another 2 inches off of my belt. :happy:

    Go ahead and try on that outfit and see how it fits.
